WigTicious General Policy

At WigTicious, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs and hair extensions that empower beauty, confidence, and self-expression. To ensure every customer has the best experience with our products, please take a moment to review our general policy:

Product Quality & Customization

All WigTicious units are handcrafted and inspected for quality. Because our wigs are made with care and designed to mimic natural hair, minimal shedding may occur, just like natural hair does. This is normal and should not affect the overall quality or lifespan of the wig. Slight variations in color, density, and length are also expected due to the nature of handcrafted and custom products.

Styling & Maintenance

Our wigs are designed to be styled, but we recommend using heat tools at low to medium settings unless otherwise specified. Excessive heat, improper handling, or the use of harsh chemicals may damage the unit. WigTicious is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect styling or maintenance.

Care Instructions

To preserve the longevity of your unit:

  • Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or fingers.

  • Wash with sulfate-free shampoo in lukewarm water.

  • Allow to air dry completely before restyling or storing.

  • Store in a satin/silk bag or on a mannequin head when not in use.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty upon delivery. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at wigticious@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All claims must be supported with clear photos and your order number.

Alteration of Product

Wigs that have been altered in any way—such as cutting, coloring, washing, or applying heat—will no longer be eligible for return, replacement, or dispute resolution. Please inspect your item carefully before use.

Shipping & Processing

Processing times vary based on the product and customization level. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. WigTicious is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and personal nature of our wigs and extensions as well as health and hygiene regulations all sales are final. Refunds are only available if an item arrives faulty.

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us immediately at Wigticious@gmail.com. If, upon review, we confirm the item is indeed faulty, we will offer an exchange or replacement. If the item does not qualify as faulty, it will be returned to you as is.

Please note:

Items showing any signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

Hair must remain unworn and unaltered—not brushed, washed, combed, cut, fingered through, or removed from its bundle.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued for units that have been colored, bleached, heat-damaged, have an odor, or show any rips, tears, or alterations.

We cannot process exchanges after 7 calendar days from delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

1. Contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your item.

2. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging, with tags attached and unused.

3. Returns must be sent with tracked shipping.

At Wigticious, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality wigs. As such, we do not offer refunds for any non-faulty items once an order is placed. Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges are only possible if the product is unused and proven to be faulty on our end.

Shipping  

U.S. Standard  shipping Policy

All sales are final upon payment and are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive faulty and have not been worn or used. Style changes can be requested within 24 hours of payment; any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.


Standard shipping is free and available Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and holidays).

* Ready to Ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (U.S.).

* All other orders require 10–19 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times remain the same once shipped.


Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your email is accurate at checkout.

Once handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS office for delivery issues.

International shipping Policy

All international sales are final. Style changes must be requested within 24 hours of payment; any cost differences will be adjusted.


DHL shipping is available at $30 and operates Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

* Ready to Ship items are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

* All other orders have a 10–19 business day processing time before shipment.


A dispatch confirmation with tracking will be emailed to you.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all customs and import duties. Wigticious is not liable for these charges as they vary by country.

Q1: How long will my unit take to be completed?

A: Ready to ship units will ship within 1-3 days after purchasing 

Custom Pre Order wigs takes 15-21 business days for processing time before shipping 

Q2. How long is shipping?

A. We ship using USPS PRIORITY which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with  processing time.

Q3. What are the wig sizes?

A. You can choose between XS (18in-19.5) Small (20in-21.5) Medium (22in-23) Large (23in+)

Q4: How long does it take for Bundles to process?

A: Bundles and lace closures take 5-7 business days for processing time before it ships.

Q5. Are all wigs glueless?

Yes, all wigs comes glueless.
